Content retention
Retention depends on the content type and workspace policy. In Settings, review your retention preference and the effective period allowed by the administrator. Removing a notebook reference does not immediately erase the file from all of its uses.
Where processing happens
Gufé processes model inputs on dedicated server GPUs in a private data center or controlled cloud; it does not send them to external AI providers. When you enable web research or start a research report, search terms go to the configured search service and pages are retrieved from their sites. Connected integrations may receive the data needed for actions you request. Ask your workspace administrator which services and destinations are enabled.
Telemetry and consent
Optional browser telemetry depends on your choice in Settings. You can allow or decline collection in this browser. This choice is separate from operational records used to diagnose failures and manage the service.
Access and administration
Your session, roles and workspace permissions define access. Administrators manage members, models, limits and policies. Ask your workspace administrator about administrative access and the deletion procedures that apply to your content.
